Hello! I’m Shannon, the gal behind Wood and Lace. I am a full time professional photographer in the Morgantown, WV area. I serve over 200 new families each year and I can’t wait to add you to the Wood and Lace family!
I am extensively trained in newborn safety, vaccinated, licensed, and an insured business owner. Continuing education for my craft to better serve you is something that never ends. I will only offer my very best to each of you, that’s my promise to you and I never promise something that I can’t guarantee (just ask my kids).
As a mom of two and grandmother, I understand how fast this goes and why you want to remember every moment possible. I truly never expected to miss the little cars or Barbie shoes being in the floor, stepping on them, and having a few choice words – yet we are.
Creating stunning photos that have emotion and connection is something that really speaks to my heart, always has. As I put my heart into each photo, I get so giddy and apparently it’s pretty infectious, you will see!
Giving a boutique experience to each client and new friend that walks into the door is a must for me. This isn’t a high volume studio where you’re hurried along. I will take the time to ensure everything is perfect for you and give the time needed for feedings, changes, etc. I know your investment into your memories means a lot to you and I don’t take that for granted.
